Crop Hints

In order to best prepare for your scheduled Crop and Shop, consider the following observations:

Although scrapbookers styles are as varied as the supplies we use, in our experience there are only 3 types of scrapbookers...

Type A

Type A is the scrapbooker who insists on bringing every last bit of supplies she owns to the crop (just in case). She spreads her products out on the table taking up every last inch of her cropping space. Unfortunately, sometimes Type A becomes somewhat overwhelmed by the vast amount of choices before her that she tends to not know where to begin!

Type B

Type B is the scrapbooker who likes to "pack light". She brings only what she "thinks" she might need. Type B often feels creatively challenged and spends most of her crop time wishing she'd brought this or that product with her. Type B is the most social of the three types of scrapbookers since she spends the good part of the crop looking at everyone else's completed pages!

Type C

Type C is the scrapbooker we all aspire to be! Several days before the crop she selects the photos she'll use in each layout she plans to work on. She selects the background papers to mat these photos, chooses her card stock and printed papers, selects coordinating embellishments and even thinks up a title for each layout and jots down ideas for the journaling blocks! Type C tends to enjoy her crop experience the most. She manages to get some serious cropping done and still have time for socializing!
